LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF LAKE GEORGE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) SHEPARD PARK BEACH CONCESSION LICENSE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake George, Warren County, New York, invites sealed proposals for a Revocable License Concession to operate commercial cabana rentals, along with the sale of approved beach provisions, at Shepard Park Beach for the 2026 summer operating season.
Detailed specifications, proposal requirements, and bid forms may be obtained from the Office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 26 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY 12845, or via email request to clerk@lgvillage.org during regular business hours (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday) beginning June 18 , 2026.
Deadline for Sealed proposals is June 26, 2026 at 10:00 am.
The Village of Lake George Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
