The “Lake George Small Project Fund”, part of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), has launched and ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก ๐ฃ๐๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐ข๐ฃ๐๐ก! Through targeted financial assistance, the fund empowers local property owners and businesses to invest in projects that enhance both the appearance and functionality of their spaces. Eligible improvements include storefront and faรงade upgrades, interior renovations, code compliance improvements, weatherization projects, and other enhancements that contribute to a thriving downtown environment.
