The Small Project Fund is helping bring new energy to downtown Lake George. As a key part of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), this program supports community-focused improvements that make downtown more vibrant, welcoming, and economically strong. At the Public Meeting, the Town, Village and the Lake George – Lake Champlain Regional Planning Board will discuss the program requirements, the application process, and the timeline of the program.
Through targeted financial assistance, the fund empowers local property owners and businesses to invest in projects that enhance both the appearance and functionality of their spaces. Eligible improvements include storefront and façade upgrades, code compliance improvements, weatherization projects, and other enhancements that contribute to a thriving downtown environment.
