PUBLIC SAFETY

Welcome to the Public Safety Page for the Village of Lake George!

The safety and well-being of our residents and visitors are our top priorities in the Village of Lake George. This page provides essential information about the services and resources that help protect our community, including Emergency Medical Services (EMS), the Fire Department, Law Enforcement, the Dog Control Officer, Warren County Hazard Mitigation, and Public Safety Policies. The Warren County Sheriff’s Department plays a key role in law enforcement, ensuring the security of our village, while our Fire Department and EMS teams provide rapid response and emergency care.

Additionally, we encourage residents to stay informed about hazard mitigation efforts led by Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District and the Office of Emergency Services, as well as weather updates that may impact daily life and emergency preparedness. Whether you need emergency contacts, safety guidelines, or information about community protection efforts, this page offers valuable resources. We are committed to keeping Lake George a safe and welcoming place for all—thank you for being part of our vibrant community!
