Lake George Village Vendor Application
The “Lake George Vendor Application” is used for the following:

- To apply for a Lake George Village vendor’s permit for the current calendar year.
- The craft, food, and/or public outreach vendor must be accepted by an event sponsor before applying for this permit.
- If the vendor secures both the Village permit and event sponsor approval, this does not grant the vendor permission to walk the Village streets selling their items. The vendor must be tied to a special event and must stay on the special event grounds.
The “Vendor Code of Conduct Policy” is used for the following:

- The form must be signed and dated by all event sponsors and vendors coming into the Village.
Lake George Special Event Application
The “Lake George Special Event Application” is used for the following:
-
- Asking to use land, such as Village parks, docks, and fields for your event.
- Asking to use / close Beach Road Parking Lot for your event.
- Asking to close specific roads for your event.
- Asking to host parades on Village / State / County roads.
- Asking to “reserve” meters for your event.
- Asking to use the Village Hall meeting room during Village Hall hours.
- Asking to use the Village’s mobile stage for your event at Charles R. Wood Park.
- Asking to use Village items such as tents, detour signage, etc.
- Asking to use the Firehouse Meeting Room for events such as birthdays, trainings, etc.
- Application must be submitted and approved by the Village Board before the event starts. Application submission deadline is the Wednesday before the monthly Village Board meeting.
Charles R. Wood Park Special Event Application
The “Charles R. Wood Park Special Event Application” is used for the following:

- Asking to use the Charles R. Wood Park festival space for your event.
- Asking to use the Charles R. Wood Park skatepark for your event.
- Application must be submitted and approved by the Village Board (and the Park O&M Board if applicable) before the event start date. Application submission deadline is the Wednesday before the monthly Village Board meeting. If Park O&M review is needed, please submit application by the beginning of the second week of each month to ensure it’s received by their deadline.

Notice of Village Election!
Please take notice that pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Election Law; the following candidate has been nominated to the office listed for the Village of Lake George Special Election to be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, upstairs at the Town Office Center, 20 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY, and that the polls will be open from 12 Noon until 9:00 pm.
March 4, 2026 Meeting Cancelled!
There will be no Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. A future meeting date will be announced when available.
