The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is responsible for reviewing and deciding on applications for variances, special use permits, and other matters as outlined in the Village Code. The ZBA ensures that land use and development within the village align with zoning regulations while considering unique circumstances that may warrant exceptions. Meetings are held regularly to address community needs and maintain the balance between growth and preserving the character of our village. When Zoning Board of Appeals issues are on the agenda, the Board meets the first Wednesday of the month at 5:00 PM at the Village Administration Building Meeting Room.
