The Planning Board plays a vital role in shaping the future of our community by reviewing applications for projects that require approval under the Village Code. Whether you’re proposing new development or modifications to an existing property, the Planning Board ensures that all projects align with our village’s regulations and vision for growth. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM in the Village Administration Building Meeting Room. Applications must be completed and submitted at least four weeks prior to the meeting date for consideration.
